JHU My Research Agreement Place (MyRAP) (located at http://myrap.jhu.edu) is a new university-wide online system developed to provide PIs and their research Partners real-time access to the status of their research agreements and contracts as they are being reviewed, negotiated and processed by the Offices of Research Administration. This system is used by School of Medicine, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Research Projects Administration, Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Nursing.
MyRAP works in tandem with COEUS, using a "MyRAP record" for each agreement or contract to track activity, pending issues, and communications for the various negotiations and reviews processed by ORA staff every day. All of this detailed tracking information is easily available to PIs and their Partners as it happens, by logging into MyRAP and viewing one simple web page. The system is built on the same Huron CLICK web platform that the electronic Institutional Review Boards, and Conflict of Interest systems use, and soon Institutional Animal Care and Use, Institutional Biosafety Registrations and Institutional Stem Cell Research will also be enabled by the same web-based work process software.
MyRAP is available to the following types of users across the university: ORA staff (including grant associates, directors, specialists, etc.), PIs, and their research partners (including department contacts, administrators, analysts, assistants, etc.).

Below are some quick facts and information to help users get started using MyRAP:

No. Just log in using your JHED ID and password and an account will be automatically created for you.
Will I get a MyRAP record for ALL the proposals I (or my Department) create in COEUS?
No. ORA staff will create MyRAP records in the following situations.
When I log into MyRAP there are no MyRAP records listed on my homepage; is that possible?
