RPA Contacts
 Research Projects Administration (RPA) serves as the central research administration office for compliance and security and maintains the electronic information systems. RPA also serves as the research administration office for the Whiting School of Engineering, the Carey Business School, the School of Education and the Centers and Institutes under the Provost’s Office.
RPA reports to Scott Zeger, Vice Provost for Research.
RPA is headed by Cheryl-Lee Howard, Assistant Provost for Research Administration, and is made up of two teams:
The Sponsored Projects Administration Team, led by Holly Benze, Associate Director, is responsible for pre-award and post-award mattersfor the various Centers and Institutes, the Carey Business School and the School of Education, and pre-award matters for the Whiting School of Engineering.
The Interdivisional Research Service Team led by Michael J. Alexander, Compliance Officer, is responsible for research compliance issues, for the coordination of interdivisional initiatives, and for security clearance administration.
